Directors, Advisors, and Staff

Board of Directors

A foundation’s board of directors plays an important role in guiding a foundation and its management, providing credibility and a presence to a foundation, and utilizing its relationships to aid the foundation in its mission.

A corporate board of directors serves the shareholders.  A foundation board of directors serves the foundation’s mission.  For individuals considering a board position and a foundation considering offering a board position, both must choose wisely to assure alignment with the mission and compatibility with peer board members.

The Imperative Foundation’s mission, to reform and advance U.S. health care, is an imperative duty for our citizens and our social, corporate, and political leadership.  A strong and well qualified board of directors will greatly assist the Imperative Foundation in meeting the mission.
